Now in his 17th year at Solmetex, he has guided his team to build a company that is the number one provider of Amalgam Separators in North America due to its excellent customer service and high quality reliable products.

Kevin brings more than 17 years of senior management experience in accelerating revenue growth and building high performance teams. Leading the overall strategy for Solmetex, Kevin’s focus on building innovative solutions for a fast-growing company is key to driving long-term success and operational excellence across the company.

Lauren has over 20 years of experience in the water treatment industry and has been with Solmetex since September 2000. Since starting with Solmetex, Lauren has evolved with the company and has seen it through many transitions. She has extensive experience in accounting, finance, sales and operations.

VP of Business Development & Emerging Markets
Michael is a sales and marketing professional with over 17 years experience in the dental trade industry. He has extensive experience partnering with dental distributors of all sizes to successfully bring innovative products & solutions to dental professionals around the world.
Personal statement: Solmetex allows me to work for a company that offers unique products to dental offices that extend the life of existing equipment and remove harmful toxins from the environment. I take very seriously the responsibility of educating dental professionals on the benefits of waste removal and recycling.
VP of Marketing & Customer Experience
Bill brings over 25 years of extensive leadership, marketing and commercialization experience across the consumer packaged goods, financial services and life sciences/healthcare industries to Solmetex, including Diageo, Capital One Financial, Boston Scientific and most recently Sirtex Medical, where he served as Vice President, Marketing focused on the US and Latin America. Overseeing all Marketing and Customer Experience initiatives for Solmetex, Bill and his team will focus on educating and partnering with physicians and their practice staff to optimize a responsible approach to waste solutions and handling.

Kellie St. Onge
Customer Care Manager
Kellie joined Solmetex in 2010 and has a strong customer service background and extensive corporate training in customer and technical support. In her role at Solmetex, she is responsible for keeping every single customer happy and in compliance.
Personal statement: I feel strongly that Solmetex offers superior products and services. We strive to make the customer experience as simple and worry free as possible. Our goal is to build a relationship with our customer to be an advocate and single point of contact for all support issues related to an environmentally compliant practice.
Marketing Communications Manager
Kristin brings to Solmetex over 15 years of email and ad campaign management experience from various software and internet based businesses. She is responsible for the organization of marketing projects and trade shows, plus the support of the sales force.
Personal statement: My role at Solmetex affords me the opportunity to touch the many aspects of the business from product conception & design, to product release and onto the sales & marketing of high quality dental products and solutions. Director of Sales – East
Brian is responsible for supporting and managing the Solmetex salesforce across the eastern half of the country. Brian has been in the dental sales for over 18 years, bringing diverse knowledge of the dental industry which is invaluable in building relationships and leading Solmetex and the sales team to the next level.

Mike brings 18 years experience in dental working with inside and outside sales teams to forge relationships and attain sales goals across the dental industry. He is responsible for leading and supporting the Solmetex sales force covering the western half of the U.S.
